Has gray water sink ( can be hard plumbed ) and separate port a potty room. Has small pantry, small cabinet with drawer and sink vanity storage. Couch pulls out into a Queen size futon bed. Woody style lacquered ply and bead board interior walls. 6' x 12' 6" w/o the tongue. weighs 2500 lbs. Designed so it can be pulled off and set up on your property.
